Check these first
Cannot start upload: make sure you are signed in to StockPhotoScout and that the Adobe Stock Contributor account currently open in your browser has been added to your Daxiong AI account.
Wrong Adobe account: the extension only displays the current Adobe website session. It does not allow manual Adobe account switching. Switch accounts on Adobe first, then reopen the extension.
CSV did not fill: make sure Adobe is on Uploaded Files > New and that the Upload CSV button is visible in the top-left area.
Rejected image count is 0: only images that match StockPhotoScout database records are counted. Images uploaded from other sources are ignored.
Privacy and deletion requests
Email us if you need account deletion, deletion of upload records linked to an Adobe account, or clarification about what the extension collects.
To avoid deleting the wrong data, we may ask for your login email, task ID, or Adobe contributor ID to verify ownership.
Chrome extension troubleshooting
