Yes. Adobe restricts third-party names and protected references in generative AI prompts, titles, and keywords. Reused titles and keywords can also contribute to a Similar Content refusal across a series. This text check does not inspect image pixels.
How can I check image quality before uploading to Adobe Stock?
Upload 1–5 JPEG files, or PNG files intended for Adobe’s transparent-PNG submission type. The checker reviews file requirements, megapixels, color space, visible focus or artifact problems, logos and protected elements, and whether files uploaded together look too alike.
What does “Similar content in our collection” mean?
It does not only mean an exact duplicate. Adobe may refuse submissions that repeat the same subject and composition, make only minor creative changes, or reuse nearly identical titles and keywords across a series.
Does a clear Intellectual Property result confirm that I own the rights or have every required release?
No. The image check can flag visible logos and protected elements, but it cannot determine ownership, permission, trademark status, or whether every required model or property release is valid.
